The Luxury Beverage Specialist leads all beverage operations, spanning the dining room floor, bar, and coffee program, ensuring a refined and memorable beverage experience.
Key Responsibilities
    •    Oversee all beverage service and beverage‑focused team members
    •    Manage ordering, inventory, vendor partnerships, and cost controls
    •    Develop and maintain beverage menus, including specialty coffee and non‑alcoholic luxury offerings
    •    Ensure consistent, high‑quality execution of the beverage program
    •    Train staff on beverage knowledge, service standards, and guest engagement
    •    Support floor operations to elevate the overall dining experience
