Customer Support Assistant

We're seeking a top-tier Customer Support Assistant to bolster our team in Charlotte. As the right-hand to our customer service team lead, you'll be pivotal in ensuring seamless communication, unparalleled satisfaction, and innovative solutions to elevate our customer experience.


  • Assist in cultivating and maintaining relationships with our customer service and e-commerce partners.
  • Support in resolving customer inquiries and issues from start to finish.
  • Contribute to the development of creative solutions to enhance customer-facing communications.
  • Collaborate closely with our customer service team lead to foster teamwork and success.
  • Provide prompt and polished communication, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Aid in managing order fulfillment and inventory to maintain smooth operations.


  • Assist in handling escalated customer complaints and navigating banking chargebacks.
  • Contribute to addressing claims from FedEx, BBB, and banking disputes effectively.


  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a knack for inventive problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Basic Coding, Google Suite, and e-commerce platforms, including Shipstation and fulfillment platforms.WORKING CONDITIONS
