Community Manager (Full-Time)

The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the community engagement efforts for beSocial, Hand Wash Cold (HWC), APB You, Atelier, and The Whitaker Charitable Project. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive the success of our event and hospitality spaces across the domestic united states. The primary focus will be on community engagement and brand connectivity, ensuring that each initiative is executed with precision and aligns with our overarching goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage teams across multiple event and hospitality spaces to ensure cohesive community engagement and brand connectivity.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with the goals of each brand and project.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute low-cost, high-impact events that drive community involvement and brand loyalty.
  • Set and manage budgets for events and community initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and resource-efficient operations.
  • Create and maintain process maps to streamline event planning ,execution & training.
  • Oversee the communication of brand and community initiatives on a monthly basis.
  • Manage calendars, budgets, and overall experiences to ensure seamless execution of events and initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the visibility and impact of our brands.
  • Utilize critical thinking and resource management skills to solve problems and optimize processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of community engagement efforts, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in community management, event planning, or hospitality management.
  • Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically to solve problems and drive results.
  • Experience with budget setting and financial management.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams across multiple locations.
  • Passion for community engagement and brand connectivity.

Salary Range: 45K – 60K

Location: Charlotte NC, willingness to travel.
