New film series “It’s In You”: An ode to the stories of Black Pittsburgh innovators.
Akin to a “self-help tip guide on film” It’s In You highlights the journeys of 3 Pittsburgh-based Black creatives and athletes, drawing an unlikely line through journeys that aren’t so different after all. Brashear native and former NFL Tight End Manasseh Garner, soul music artist KeThe film premieres at 38a Gallery with a panel discussion hosted by Sydney Davis of Artist Talk Mental Health with the 3 featured creators. Guests will also be able to view photography in the gallery space, network, and enjoy music and free food and drink. The event will bring the conversation of personal growth and entrepreneurship to the forefront.
