Starting her retail career at just 14 with a work permit, she gained invaluable experience that led her to attend fashion school and work as a wardrobe stylist, collaborating with several celebrities. Her high-end retail expertise earned her the distinction of being ranked the number-one sales stylist.

Now residing in Los Angeles for the past 15 years, Tamira relaunches the legacy of her family’s iconic 90s streetwear brand, New Heritage, which she revived eight years ago. Her work seamlessly blends nostalgia with modernity, celebrating African American culture and individuality through her designs. With deep roots in storytelling and a relentless passion for fashion, Tamira continues to honor her heritage while building a future inspired by creativity and resilience.
