Jilene is a multi-hyphenate creative pivoting from Clinical Psych to Fashion Tech User Experience/Interface Design (UX/UI). She‘s a for-hire freelancer available for social media influencing/modeling, professional photographer/photoshoot director, web designer, and yoga sound bath instructor. Jilene’s fashion app prototype was a finalist for luxury retailer NET-A-PORTER’s The Incredible Girls of the Future competition for female fashion entrepreneurs of tomorrow, her photography was featured in Bowie Lifestyle Magazine and Verily Magazine. Jilene is passionate about her non-profit start-up The 1111 Foundation helping social impact businesses raise capital, spiritual journey towards providing healing services like Yoga & Sound Baths, and co-founder of Lalene Studios that‘s turning her blog/podcast The Storied Life™ into a TV docuseries called Black Fashion Files™ bringing TV viewership shopping innovation to behind-the-story narratives of Black Fashion Designers. She has a UX Design Masters degree working for women’s fashion brand Ann Taylor & LOFT delivering user-friendly web/mobile designs.
