Video Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Video Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing video production projects and ensuring that our team of video professionals deliver high-quality content on time and within budget. The Video Lead will be responsible for team organization, project management, and oversight of the entire video production process.**Charlotte Only**

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage video production projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of production are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Demonstrate thought leadership in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and develop innovative content strategies and creative video concepts that align with business goals and objectives, particularly sales conversion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Work closely with Marketing and Studio Leads to ensure that all video content is on brand, visually compelling, and meets quality standards
• Manage and mentor the video production team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and feedback, and monitoring team performance
• Ensure that all video equipment and resources are in good working order, and that the team has access to the necessary equipment and tools to complete projects
• Manage post-production and editing processes to ensure that final video products meet project objectives, brand guidelines, and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production techniques and technologies, and identify opportunities to incorporate new approaches into our production process

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Creative Studio, Creative Agency or Content Production company experience or Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or related field an asset
• At least 5 years of experience in video production, with a focus on project management and team leadership
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality video content on time and within budget
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• High level of proficiency in video production software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and more
• Experience with camera and lighting equipment, and other video production tools
• Familiarity with video production for social media and digital marketing channels
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Strong and proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
