Buying Administrator

Working as a member of the buying team to maintain a healthy business by closely managing vendor relationships, inventory levels across retail channels, and the overarching product ecosystem.
OVERALL DUTIES
- Communicating with vendors
- Maintaining positive vendor relationships
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to ensure organized data company-wide
- Preparing orders placed by buying team to be received and processed
- Maintaining markdown cadence for seasonal goods
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Previous Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Crafting and proofreading purchase orders
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to perform and multi-task under pressure
- Experience in data entry style work
- Ability to be versatile and adapt plans where necessary
